Today is another day for making meat buns. We tried to fill the buns with mung bean mixed with palm sugar. People in the market have been asking if we have mung beans filled buns. So, today we made it. We also made buns filled with chocolate paste, mocha paste, palm sugar mixed with grated coconut.
To prepare mung beans filling for the buns, we soaked about a half kilo of the beans. After for about one day soaking, we steam the mung beans.

When it was well-cooked, we took the mung beans from the steamer. Then we ground it until it became soft.
We cut the palm sugar into small pieces.
While I was grinding the mung beans, my wife put in the palm sugar.
While grinding, we added some palm sugar. The palm sugar would be also ground and mixed with the mung beans. In the end, I gave this soft mung beans to my wife who was busy making meat buns. She made buns with varieties of filling, chocolate, mocha, palm sugar, and mung beans.

Every day we make about 80 pieces of buns. Some times more. And when we finished wrapping all of them in small packages, we were ready to bring them to the local market and shops. That's what I do almost daily now. Thanks.
