[Polessin's Recipe] - Passionfruit Mousse

Today i will bring you a very simple but awesome dessert !

I learned to do it as a kid in school, and the fact that it is so good and easy to make, made me keep this recipe for more then 15 years. I probably make it once every 20 days, haha. My girlfriend loves it, and so the rest of my family. So when i make it it does not last more then 2 days..

So let's get to it !!!


Ingredients

  • 1 can of heavy cream (300g)
  • 1 pack of condensed milk (395g)
  • Passionfruit Concentrated juice (same measure of heavycream)

Utensils

  • Blender

Tips

  • Put all the ingredients on the fridge for a few hours before starting. You want them cool, not freezed.

Preparation time

10 - 15 minutes.

How to do (Step by step)


1 - Pour the Heavy cream and the condensed milk into the blender.

2- Fill the Heavy Cream can with concentrated Passionfruit Juice, and add it to the blender !

3 - Mix it for about 7 minutes ! it is important that it blends for this time, in order to get the correct texture !

4 - After blending for 7 minutes, check the texture. It must be creamy !

5- Pour it into a recipient.

6 - Take it to the fridge for 5 hours. This should be enough to get it into the correct texture

7 - Serve it into your favorite cup and Enjoy it !!
