Hello...everyone...how a bout your day? Today I would like to share you how to cook fried vegetarian bean paste. It's a Myanmar traditional food. Do you like Myanmar foods. I think we all are the same or very close in Asean Foods.
This dish does not require much and is very easy to cook.
Necessary materials
- bean paste
- onions
- garlic
- oil
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
- Green peppers
That should be sufficient enough.
The first thing you need to do to fry the bean paste is to slice about 3 onions. Peel a garlic, grate it and slice it. Then fry the turmeric powder in oil. Then onion and garlic are add and fry. Add a little salt. When the onions are slightly cooked, add the bean paste and stir. If you like it, add raw peppers as needed. Add a little water to soft the bean paste and soak for 15 to 20 minutes. After cooking for about 20 minutes, you will get a delicious and fragrant fried bean paste..
