Ingredientes
- Atún.
- Huevos.
- Avena.
- Cebolla.
- Crema de queso.
- Aceite de oliva.
- Pimienta y sal al gusto.

Procedimientos
- En un bol añadimos el atún envasado comercialmente, si ubicamos atún fresco directamente del mar, bienvenido sea.
Procedures
- In a bowl we add the commercially packaged tuna, if we place fresh tuna directly from the sea, welcome.
- Batimos dos huevos y lo añadimos en el bol donde está el atún y removemos.
- We beat two eggs and add it to the bowl where the tuna is and stir.
- Al preparado anterior agregamos unas cucharadas de crema de queso.

- Cortamos una cebolla en trozos pequeños y los añadimos a la mezcla.
