Homemade dessert - tiramisu - recipe

The key to success in preparing Tiramisu is quality ingredients in the first place, so for a start, let's think. I think the most important question that can be asked is how to replace Mascarpone cheese? The answer is if you don't use mascarpone cheese for tiramisu, you won't get real tiramisu but a creamy dessert, the difference is that the main ingredient for mascarpone cream.

I love this airy, delicate Italian dessert, with an amazing contrast of sweet cream and the bitter taste of strong coffee.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 eggs
  • 130 g of sugar
  • 500 g of marskapone cheese
  • 200 ml sweet sour cream
  • One packet of biscuits
  • Coffee (if necessary) for dipping biscuits

You can add a little rum or cognac to this cake, it goes great, but I prepared it without alcoholic drinks because children do not like the smell of drinks in the cake.

PREPARATION:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks, only the yolks are used in the tiramisu. Add sugar to the yolks, then steam them, mix with a mixer until the mass thickens.

When you get a fine thick mass, leave it to cool well, then in a deeper bowl add the mascarpone cheese, then add the egg yolk that has cooled well and combine the filling with a mixer.

When you have combined everything, beat the sweet sour cream separately, then add it, but do not mix it with a mixer, but slowly with a wooden spoon, so that the cream is as airy as possible.

The cream is ready, so dip the biscuits in the already cooled coffee, then arrange them on a tray or in a certain bowl, the cream is thick and will not spill.

Put one part of the cream over the biscuit, then arrange the other part of the biscuit over the cream and then the last part of the cream.
