Soup usually contains fiber, vitamins, protein until carbohydrates. Those are all things we all need. Today, I'm cooking a simple spicy soup. before, I made simple soup. I use ingredients I have in the refrigerator. Here are the ingredients:

  1. 2 small carrots
  2. 100 grams of cabbage
  3. 5 green beans
  4. Half a potato
  5. Celery and spring onions to taste
  6. 2 pieces of chicken sausage
  7. 3 medium-sized meatballs
  8. Water 300 ml
  9. 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  10. Half tablespoon chili powder
  11. One tablespoon of chili sauce
  12. Mushroom broth
  13. Pepper powder

How to make

  1. Wash all ingredients. Then, cut all the ingredients according to taste.
  2. Heat the water until it boils. Add the carrots first and wait a minute. After slightly wilted, add the other vegetables.
  3. After all entered, enter the sausage and meatballs. Wait for about 1 minute.
  4. Add other seasonings, such as oyster sauce, mushroom broth, chili sauce, chili powder and ground pepper. If you hive friends, you can add more chili powder if you want it spicier. Then stir until evenly distributed and wait for it to boil.
  5. Don't forget to cover the pan so that the heat from the pan is evenly distributed.
  6. After boiling, turn off the stove and serve.
  7. Such soup is very suitable to be enjoyed when it rains.
