How to Make Suop Mushroom Enoki

Some time ago I made enoki mushroom soup. This mushroom is commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine. In some states, this fungus grows in winter. In Japan, this mushroom is cultivated by farmers using fallen trees. But, you need to know if this mushroom has a lot of benefits. One of them is to increase immunity.

Ingredients

1#. A packet of Enoki mushrooms. I bought it at the convenience store and it was packaged like this

2#. Four medium-sized tofu

3#. egg.

4#. Oyster sauce

5#. mushroom broth

6#. salty soy sauce

7#. Half an onion

8#. Two pcs chili

How to Make

1#. Wash all the ingredients to be cooked. For Topu to know, you can wash it with warm water. Useful for removing unpleasant odors from tofu.

2#. Cut the ingredients according to your taste. Don't forget to slice the onions and chilies according to your taste.

3#. After that, heat the pan and add a little oil. I use canola oil

4#. Once fragrant, add water. I added 250 milliliters of water. add enoki mushrooms and tofu. Add mushroom broth, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Wait until it boils

5#. After boiling, add the beaten eggs. After that, wait until it boils.

6#. Soup is ready to eat. You can add rice but I didn't add rice.
