Ingredients:
[1]- 12 units of hamburger buns.
[2]- 1 kg of ground beef.
[3]- 250 grs of bacon.
[4]-250 grams of yellow or paisa cheese.
[5]- ½ kg of cabbage.
[6]-100 grs of onions.
[7]-250 grs of tomatoes.
[8]-1 und of avocado.
[9]-Tomato sauce, mayonnaise and mustard.
[10]-Chips already processed.
Step #1
For the preparation of the meat, prepare it in the following way for my taste, add a little chive, sweet bell pepper, garlic, an egg, a little bread crumbs and salt to taste, stir until the mixture is uniform. Then we make some average meat balls, in such a way to flatten them and that they are uniform, we place a very hot frying pan with a little oil to place the hamburger meat, to cook well on one side these are flipped and placed on top of the cheese and bacon so that they are cooked just with the meat.
Step #2
We cut horizontally the hamburger buns, then we spread a little butter to toast it a little, I like to prepare it that way are very tasty while the meat is cooked and keep the seasoning, heat of the food.
Step #3
Already having ready the toasted bread with the butter and the meats with the cheese, bacon ready, we take a part of the bread we add mayonnaise and the other sauce to the taste, we place cabbage, tomatoes, onions, on top of all these we place the meat, we add again the sauce a little bit of chips, more cabbage and avocado, finally we place the other crust of bread, we already have our tasty hamburger cacera, to taste of each one can be added more ingredients.⁰
