For today's blog it is all about cooking the Maja Blanca. Very easy to prepare. This dessert was very known in the Philippines because it is always served every fiesta and birthday. I will share to you on how to prepare a yummy and delicious Maja Blanca.

Ingredients

1 can of Whole Kernel corn
1 cup of Condensada
1 big can of Evaporada
Coconut grated
2 cups of cornstarch
1 cup of white sugar
1/2 cup of peanut

Procedure

First thing to do is squeeze the grated coconut so that the juice will come out of it.

Heat the pan first then put the juice of coconut that you squeeze earlier. After that put the 1 cup of condense and 1 cup of white sugar then stir it well until it completely mixed.

Now put the 1 can of kernel corn or sweet corn.

Stir it continuously to avoid lumps.

Lastly add the cornstarch and turn the heat on medium / low, stir constantly to prevent lumps. You literally have to continue stirring or the bottom will burn and lump up. Stir for 5 to 7 minutes until you reach a firm pudding consistency.

It is done and ready to eat. Now try the delicious Maja Blanca.
