Mercon Chicken Feet

Hello friends, how are you, I hope you are all well. Today I will share a new recipe related to chicken feet.

We Indonesians usually call it claw firecracker. Why do we call it claw firecracker?
Because this chicken claw is processed very spicy. Who among you likes processed claws?
If I really like them, these claws are delicious and not too much meat, can be processed into soup and others.

The first thing we have to prepare are the following ingredients,
500 grams of chicken feet, onion, garlic, salt, sugar, flavoring, and red chili.

For the seasoning, we blend the red cayenne pepper until smooth, then slice the red onion and garlic.

Next, heat the cooking oil in a frying pan to taste.

Then add the chopped onion and garlic and fry until they turn brown.

Next, add the cayenne pepper that has been in a fine blender, then stir-fry again until fragrant.

After the spices are cooked, add the chicken feet that we have washed clean.

Next stir and add two glasses of water. Don't forget to add salt, sugar and seasoning to taste.

Cook chicken feet until cooked.
