God's blessing to all
Hello friends!!! 😅
Today I bring you a dessert that, besides being delicious, is nutritious, beneficial in cancer prevention (such as breast), and very easy to make. I'm sure you will love it!!!💖 Enjoy!!!
Before proceeding, it is necessary to know that it is better to make it with tender taparas since it oxidizes (turns black) less and has a neutral flavor.
- Step 1: Cut the taparas and remove the pulp with a spoon and place them in the blender with half a cup of water. Some versions are made by grating it, but they must be very tender so that there are no whole seeds.
- Step 2: Pour the liquefied liquid into a stainless steel pot, preferably, to avoid the release of metal during cooking.
- Step 3: Add the grated papelon and 4 cloves species.
- Paso 4: Pones a fuego medio y mezclas cada cierto tiempo.
- Step 4: You put over medium heat and mix every so often.
- Step 5: You add the freshly grated pineapple. This fruit somewhat overlaps the unusual flavor of the tapara.
- Step 6: You continue mixing for 30 min more, at medium-low heat. Be careful because the stew splashes a lot and you can burn yourself.
It will be ready when you take a little bit with a spoon and, when you pass your finger, both parts do not join. You can serve it with cassava or cookie of neutral flavor like soda.
Y lissstoooo!!! A degustar este exquisito postre!!
Pruébalo, te va a encantar!!
And ready! Let's taste this exquisite dessert!
Try it, you will love it!!!
I would like to add that the lids can be used later as containers, once they are put to dry.
