Excelente día Comunidad @foodiesbeehive, los postres son parte de esas celebraciones qu consideramos muy especiales y siempre nos acompañan.
En este post, para celebrar una ocasión muy especial procedí a realizar un quesillo.
En nuestro país Venezuela decir voy a hacer un quesillo eso es algo grandioso porque nosostros los venezolanos sabemos el ingrediente emocional que este postre representa.
Siempre resalto que la cocina es un arte, y como arte cada uno le pone su toque personal.
Ingredientes
5 Huevos
1 cajita de leche condensada
1 medida de leche, la cantidad el mismo envase de la cajita de la leche condensada
Vainilla al gusto
3 cucharadas de azúcar para el caramelo
Para unir los ingredientes, en este caso no usé la licuadora, presentó fallas, aquí el instrumento utilizado.
Procedí a realizar el caramelo, lo hice directamente en el envase a utilizar.
Listo el caramelo,
se deja reposar, mientras se procede con otro paso.
Se unen los huevos, leche condensada, leche pasteurizada, vainilla.
Se bate todos los ingredientes.
Todo batido y unido, se lleva a la quesillera,
esta vez se utilizará el horno para su cocción, es menos el tiempo que hacer uso del baño de María.
Se coloca en una bandeja que se le incorpora agua, se tapa la quesillera, se procede a llevarlo al horno, en este caso estuvo en el horno por 1 1/2 aproximadamente.
Cada quien conoce su horno y este tiempo de cocción puede variar.
Producto terminado,
y llevado a la nevera para enfriar un poco.
