Buenas tardes Comunidad @FoddiesBeeHive, encantada de estar de nuevo por aquí compartiendo una receta para un rico postre.
El cambur , conocido también como plátano, guineo maduro, banano, gualele, es un fruto comestible, de varios tipos de grandes plantas herbáceas del género Musa. Su nombre varía de acuerdo a cada país.
De acuerdo a la investigación realizada,esta es una de las frutas predilectas y más buscadas en cada rincón del territorio nacional, y por tanto es frecuente encontrar esta fruta en las cocinas de cada hogar venezolano. Es originaria del sudeste asiático, sobre todo de la región indomalaya donde se ha cultivado desde hace miles de años.
Ella es una planta de la familia de las musáceas , parecida al plátano , pero con la hoja más ovalada y el fruto más redondeado , e igualmente comestible. Este fruto nos provee de la vitamina B6 es un agente anti-inflamatorio, soporta las funciones del sistema nervioso, ayuda a reducir el riesgo de enfermedades del corazón, diabetes tipo II, obesidad y mucho más. El cambur contienen los combatientes llamados catequinas y delfinidina. Son antioxidantes naturales.
En momentos que tenemos en nuestra nevera cambures que ya están pasados de madurez y nos preguntamos ¿qué podemos hacer con ellos? Aparece esta receta sencilla y de acuerdo a la cantidad de cambures duplicaría los ingredientes y si los tiene en casa manos a la obra.
*2 cambures maduros
*1 huevo
*1/2 taza de azúcar
(comparte para el caramelo y para la preparación)
*1 cucharadita de vainilla
*3 cucharadas de maizina
En una quesillera, también puede usar otro envase,
coloca dos cucharadas de azúcar para hacer el caramelo.
Listo el caramelo,
se procede a usar la licuadora,
donde se añade el huevo el resto de azúcar, la maizina, la vainilla.
Se licúan todos los ingredientes.
La preparación ya lista se vierte en el envase ya acaramelado.
Después de un tiempo prudencial
y de acuerdo a su horno,
lo retira y coloca en una bandeja.
Queda así de lindo,
como también un rico sabor.

Se tapa la quesillera, en caso no use este envase, cubra con papel de aluminio. En este caso se colocó en una bandeja con agua y se llevó al horno. Igual lo puede hacer en hornilla en baño de María.
Después de un tiempo prudencial
y de acuerdo a su horno,
lo retira y coloca en una bandeja.
Queda así de lindo,
como también un rico sabor.
