Para hoy les traigo el rico pastel de cumpleaños que hice para mi hija menor, hecho o todo el amor del mundo para consentirla ya que este es uno de los que más le gusta.

For today I bring you the delicious birthday cake that I made for my youngest daughter, made or all the love in the world to pamper her since this is one of the ones she likes the most.
Ya les muestro como lo preparé y decore de una manera fácil y sencilla.
I already show you how I prepared and decorated it in an easy and simple way.
Los ingredientes que utilice fueron:
Para el ponque:
1 Kilo de harina leudante
1 de azúcar
1 litro de leche
8 huevos
500grs de mantequilla
2 cucharadas de polvo de hornear
2 cucharaditas de vainilla.

1 sugar
1 liter of milk

2 tablespoons of baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
Para decorar:
500g de Arequipe
Maní cubierto de chocolate
Dandy de colores
Galletas de vainilla y chocolate

Preparación:
Comencé agregando en un bolw la mantequilla y el azúcar poco a poco integrado hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea, luego separe las claras de la yemas y las batí a punto de nieve y reserve.

I started by adding the butter and the sugar little by little integrated in a bowl until obtaining a homogeneous mixture, then separate the whites from the yolks and beat them until stiff and set aside.
Después agregue las yemas a la mezcla de mantequilla, batiendo con la batidora, para luego integrar poco a poco las claras, la leche, la harina, el polvo de hornear y la vainilla.
Luego enmantequillar los moldes y verter la mezcla, llevar al horno precalentado a 180 grados por una hora.

Para decorar:
Con las torta ya bien frías, colocar una encima de la otra y cubrir con arequipe.

Luego colocar las galletas de vainilla alrededor en el piso de arriba y las de chocolate en el de abajo. Después colocar maní cubiertos chocolate y los dando de colores de manera aleatoria.

Después triturar galletas de vainilla y las esparci por toda la torta.

Listo así quedo de linda la torta con la celebramos el cumpleaños número 18 de mi hija menor Maria Daniela, quien estaba feliz.
