Mi esposo había comprado pescado pero ya no lo quería frito, así que recordé esta vieja receta que mi mamá me enseñó hace un tiempo y ahora la comparto contigo.

3 Filet de curvina
4 Cucharadas de aceite
1 Cebolla
1 Pimentón
3 Ají
1 Tomate
1Cubito
2 Dientes de ajo
2 Cucharas de salsa de tomate
1 Cucharadita de mostaza
1 Taza de leche de coco
Aliño al gusto.

2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
1 cup of coconut milk

Preparación / Preparation
Primero corte en cuadritos pequeños todas las verduras y el ajo y las sorfrei un poco.
