Hace unos días les compartí el proceso de como realizar el yogurt casero, el cual les dejare el enlace en la parte de abajo. En diversas ocasiones este se puede consumir al natural o con frutas. Por lo general se suele utilizar, fresas, durazno, piña y ciruelas.

Yogurt natural
Para 5 envases de yogurt se necesitan un cuarto de fresas y tres cucharadas de azúcar. En una olla pequeña se colocan ambos ingredientes y se lleva a fuego medio hasta que la fruta comience a sacar su jugo.
