Hola comunidad♡ Hoy les traigo una receta con unas combinación de sabores entre dulce y salado. Se trata de unas ricas empanadas rellenas con dulce de plátano.

Lo primero que se debe realizar es pelar y cortar los plátano en cuadros pequeños. Luego se le agrega el azúcar y media taza de agua. También se le puede agregar clavos de olor o anís estrellado.
The first thing to do is to peel and cut the plantain into small squares. Then add sugar and half a cup of water. You can also add cloves or star anise.
Una vez que este listo se deja enfriar.
Once ready, it is left to cool.
Luego en un recipiente se agrega la harina y el huevo.
Then in a bowl add the flour and the egg.
También se le incorpora la mantequilla y el ron. El siguiente paso es mezclar todos los ingredientes hasta formar una masa.

Con ayuda de un rodillo se estira la masa y con un molde se trazan varias piezas circulares.

Después se le agrega el dulce y se cierran formando una empanada. Llevar al horno por 20 minutos aproximadamente.
