Hello dear bees

I am happy to bring you a new option for your snacks, ideal to share with your family and friends.

  • 150gr all-purpose flour
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • Vanilla to taste
  • Half tablespoon of baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 glass of liquid milk that you can substitute for natural juice

  • Place the margarine and the glass of milk over low heat until it melts, set aside for the mixture.
  • We place the eggs in a bowl to beat, with an electric or manual mixer we give volume to the mixture, that is to say, we incorporate air until it has doubled the volume.
  • Once the previous procedure is done, we incorporate the sugar and beat until it is integrated.
  • We continue incorporating the previously sifted flour, then we are going to alternate with the milk and butter that we have already melted in advance.
  • We stop beating when the mixture is totally integrated, the last point is not necessary to exceed the beating because it will lose its softness and it will not be as fluffy as we wish.
  • We take to a floured mole, pour the mixture and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 25 minutes or until the toothpick comes out dry. Let it rest.
  • This delicious vanilla and milk cake can be decorated as you like, this time use Swiss meringue and a piping bag to make small roses with sugared tips.
