Got the one of the best Restaurants where Catfish Pepper Soup is sold. The Restaurant's name is ‘Eja T'on Soro (located at Alakuko, Lagos State. Nigeria). It is a place where you will find solace after going through a long period of stress
Going out, meeting new friends or taking a long walk outside do help me in dealing with stress. Last time, I decided to take myself out to eat a nice Pepper Soup, I didn't spend that much though, but it worth spending more on myself.
It's of no doubt that taking oneself out to enjoy the moment and spend quality time together with someone: friends, families, loved ones and so on, rejuvenate one's mind; and it's good for mental health (it's profitable)
It's been a while I actually did go there to get a tasty, mouth-watering Pepper Soup with Juicy Yoghurt. So this time I decided to take some shots. Here are the sweet shots😋😋😋
Unfortunately, things have been so difficult in some countries, especially in Nigeria, there's high Price Inflation; and commodities are costly in Nigeria, especially. However, the Catfish Pepper Soup is still the same amount which is #1500 in Nigerian Naira, when converted into dollar, it is $3,66 currently — today
This dish is very distinctive for its delectable aroma and hot, spicy taste. As you can see, it's well garnished with cabbage; and it has enough condiments to make the food spicy and tasty.
The aroma and taste of it will make you to always ask for more. @josediccus would subscribe to its taste which is delectable and heavenly....
In addition, there's something so distinctive about how this Catfish Pepper Soup was prepared. It was cooked and served in an Earthen/Clay Pot. This makes the customers to enjoy the food more while it is hot. The Earthen/Clay Pot makes the hotness of the prepared food to be durable — lasting for some hours
One of the benefits of the food cooked in an Earthen or Clay Pot is to make food's hotness durable. Food cooked in an Earthen or Clay Pot becomes rich, juicy and tender and retains more nutritive value than food prepared in other kinds of utensils.
