Saludos mis queridos hiviers, como estuvo su día esperó que bien y que todo lo que se han propuesto se haya cumplido.
Hoy preparé una riquísima crema de calabaza, 😋 mi favorita. Mi mamá me enseño hacerla ya les cuento como:

Ingredientes:
12 kilo de calabaza
2 papas
1 zanahoria
2 cubitos
1 tallo de ajo porro
1 ramita de cilantro
Queso en cuadritos (opcinal)
Ingredients:
12 kilo of pumpkin
2 potatoes
1 carrot
2 cubes
1 stalk of garlic joint
1 sprig of coriander
Diced cheese (optional)
Preparacion:
Lo primero que hice fue pelar y lavar la calabaza, papas y zanahoria, luego las corte en trozos.

Después corte las ramas de cilantro y ajo porro.
Then cut the branches of coriander and garlic joint.
Luego en una olla con agua coloque a cocinar todo los trozos con las ramas, hasta que estén blandos.

Agregar los cubitos y si es necesario sal al gusto.

Bajar de fue y licuar hasta que empecé y listo.
