• 2 huevos/ 2 eggs
• Cebolla/ Onion
• Tomate/ Tomato
• Pimentón/ Paprika
• Ají dulce/ Sweet chili
• cebollín
• Acelga/ Chard
• Salchicha/ Sausage
• Sal/ Salt
• Aceite/ Oil
• Queso rallado/ Grated cheese

PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar, colocaremos a sancochar en agua hirviendo los huevos.

To begin, we will place the eggs in boiling water.

Para unir los aliños, iremos agregando en un plato el pimentón, cebolla y cebollín.

To combine the seasonings, we will add the paprika, onion and chives in a plate.

Seguimos agregando acelga, tomate y ají dulce.

Y para terminar de unir los aliños, agregaremos las salchichas picadas, aceite y sal.

Después de 10 minutos sacaremos los huevos y le sacaremos la cascara poco a poco sin romper el huevo.

Cortaremos el huevo por la mitad y le sacaremos la yema para que quede un agujero.
Luego colocaremos en un plato encima de una acelga rodeado de pimentón picado.

Por ultimo rellenamos el huevo con la ensalada de aliños con salchichas que realizamos anteriormente y encima un poco de queso. Listo¡
