Muy fáciles de hacer para preparar en la cena a los pequeños de la casa. Podemos utilizar cualquier queso y no necesitamos muchos ingredientes, espero que les guste. Hello #hiver friends, I hope you are well. Following this post I will show you another way to prepare baked cheese stuffed potatoes. Very easy to make to prepare for dinner for the little ones in the house. We can use any cheese and we don't need many ingredients, I hope you like it. Without much talk here we go! Let's get started!

MATERIALES/ MATERIALS

• 2 papas/ 2 potatoes
• Queso/ Cheese
• 1 cucharada de mayonesa/ 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
• Sal/ Salt
• 1 cucharada de mantequilla/ 1 tablespoon butter

PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar, en una olla con agua a fuego medio pondremos nuestras papas a sancochar por 30 minutos aproximadamente.

To begin, in a pot with water over medium heat we will put our potatoes to boil for approximately 30 minutes.

Ya listas nuestras papas, con un cuchillo cortaremos casi la mitad y sacaremos un circulo del puré de papa dejándolas con un hueco.

Once our potatoes are ready, with a knife cut almost in half and remove a circle from the mashed potatoes leaving them with a hole.

En un plato, pondremos el puré de papa, donde le agregaremos sabor con un poco de sal y mantequilla.

In a plate, we will put the mashed potatoes, where we will add flavor with a little salt and butter.

Seguimos con la mayonesa y el queso rayado puede ser la cantidad que deseen (le agregue queso amarillo rayado pero es opcional).

We continue with the mayonnaise and the grated cheese can be as much as you wish (I added grated yellow cheese but it is optional).

Le agregaremos el puré de queso a los agujeros de las papas.
Por ultimo, meteremos al horno de 180° por 25 minutos aproximadamente.

Add the mashed cheese to the holes in the potatoes.
Finally, bake in a 180° oven for approximately 25 minutes.
