- 100gr Linguine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 shrimps, cleaned
- 50 ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp corn starch
Cook the pasta according to the instruction. Don't forget to cook it in the boiling water with salt.
Saute the garlic and thyme in a non-stick frying pan with 2 tbsp coconut oil. After a minute, transfer the shrimp into the frying pan.
Flip the shrimp and put the pasta inside the frying pan. Next, pour the coconut milk and the corn starch.
Add pasta water into the frying pan and keep stirring until the sauce thickens. Add some more salt.
Serve with sprinkles of thyme.
