It's early here in Pinas.
I'm sure that most of us are preparing our food for breakfast besides sipping our coffees.
So here's my food preparation for my little family and I'm into the experiment today so kids will love eating even for simple food recipes.
I call it corned beef nuggets š
Ingredients
1 can corned beef
1 cup flour
breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 sachet seasoning
garlic
onion
spring onions
oil
For the sauce
For us parents
vinegar
soy sauce
Chilli
half part of the onion
For the kids
Catsup
spring onion (garnish)
For the preparation
Wash and cut the spices
combine all the ingredients (except for the breadcrumbs)
stir
dip the finished product with breadcrumbs, flattened and
Fry!

Note: it is also good for snacks but today we're having it for viand
What makes it extra special seeing this little guy saying "Ummy" or "Ami" means "Yummy" or "Lami" in our dialect.
