Marinated Milkfish for dinner .

Hello food lovers,

It's me again.

Sharing with you today our dinner for tonight. I'm cooking Milkfish marinated by our own citrus the Philippine Lime that we called lemoncito locally.

  • First thing I did is I cleaned the fish and slice them in halves.

  • Second is I mix first the seasoning and half part of the citrus.

  • Third, In a bowl, I mix the soy sauce, garlic and the other half part of the citrus.

  • Fourth, is to mix all together, massage and marinate for half an hour or more so the fish can absorb the marinade sauce.

  • Lastly, Fry until golden brown.

and charrrrran!

My Fried Milkfish for our dinner
paired with soy sauce and a pinch of citrus lemoncito and of course the chilis for boosting our appetite.

I also add the cucumber for garnish since I have a leftover and to be honest I love fried dishes with a cucumber or tomatoes dip in a spicy sauce that contain lemoncito because its not just I love it's tastes and also I just love its vitamin contents.

Ingredients used

  • 7 medium-size Milkfish
  • 10 citrus *lemoncito
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 sachet of seasoning
  • Oil for frying.
