Here I bring you a super delicious recipe that is very common in my country Venezuela, It is nothing more than the Sancocho de beef ribs, which is a soup with vegetables and meat. This avocado is prepared mostly on Sundays to share with the family.
Los ingredientes que utilice son:
✔Costillas de Res
✔Verduras (Ocumo, auyama, yuca y cambur verde)
✔Aliños (cebolla, ajo, ají amarillo, cebollín y cilantro)
✔Jojoto (maíz tierno)
The ingredients I use are:
✔ Beef Ribs
✔Vegetables (Ocumo, pumpkin, yucca and green banana)
✔Aliños (onion, garlic, yellow pepper, chives and coriander)
✔Jojoto (sweet corn)
Comenzamos colocando las costillas en la olla de presión, ya que su carne es dura. Aproximadamente 45 minutos. de ese caldo solo tomaremos un poquito para que le de gusto a la sopa, no le pongo toda ya que allí queda mucha grasa de las costillas.
We start by placing the ribs in the pressure cooker, as their meat is tough. Approximately 45 minutes. We will only take a little of that broth to make the soup taste, I do not add all of it since there is a lot of fat left from the ribs.
Luego de lavar bien las verduras y aliños, comenzamos a picar todo lo que verdura en trozos grande, y los aliños muy pequeño.
After washing the vegetables and dressings well, we began to chop all the vegetables into large pieces, and the dressings very small.
Coloco la carne en una olla grande con un poquito de su caldo donde fue previamente ablandada. Cuando comience a hervir le agrego los jojotos y la yuca, ya que estos son duros y necesitan mas cocción. Cuando observemos que están empezando a ablandar colocamos las demás verduras. Y al estar todo integrado agrego los aliños picados. Finalmente le colocamos sal y un condimento molido al gusto.
I place the meat in a large pot with a little of its broth where it was previously softened. When it starts to boil I add the jojotos and yucca, since these are hard and need more cooking. When we see that they are beginning to soften, we place the other vegetables. And since everything is integrated, I add the chopped seasonings. Finally we add salt and a ground seasoning to taste.
Después de todos los ingredientes incluidos, solo falta dejar hervir hasta que la sopa espese un poco y agarre el gusto.
After all the ingredients included, you just need to boil until the soup thickens a little and takes on the taste.
Listo solo queda degustar junto a tu familia un domingo mayormente, sin embargo, es buena en cualquier momento.
