[Esp/Eng] Banana and chocolate cake - Torta de banana y chocolate

Hello everyone. Hope you're all having a wonderful day. Today i wanted to share one of my favorite recipes, specially when i had sweet cravings. I've prepared this recipe around 30 times and i always add something different to make it even better and this is my favorite so far. Hope you all enjoy it.

Hola a todxs. Espero que todos estén pasando un día maravilloso. Hoy quería compartirles una de mis recetas favoritas, especialmente cuando tengo antojos de dulces. He preparado esta receta unas 30 veces y siempre agrego algo diferente para hacerlo aún mejor y esta es mi favorito hasta ahora. Espero que lo disfruten.

Ingredients: Self-rising Wheat Flour (1 cup), Sugar (1/2 cup), Melted Butter (1/4 cup), Ripe Banana (1), Water (2 tablespoons), Egg (1), Vanilla Essence (1 teaspoon), Salt (a pinch) and chocolate (optional).

Ingredientes: harina de trigo leudante (1 taza), azúcar (1/2 taza), mantequilla derretida (1/4 taza), Banana madura(1), Agua (2 cucharadas), Huevo (1), Esencia de vainilla (1 cucharadita), Sal (una pizca) y chocolate (opcional).

First I like to start by adding the eggs in a bowl, then the sugar, vanilla essence and a pinch of salt.

Primero me gusta comenzar agregando los huevos en un bol, luego el azúcar, esencia de vainilla y una pizca de sal.

Next I added the melted butter, although you can substitute it for vegetable oil, I highly recommend using butter because it gives it a better flavor. Later I add the water and the self-rising wheat flour.

A continuación agregué la mantequilla derretida, aunque pueden sustituirla por aceite vegetal, recomiendo por mucho utilizar mantequilla porque le da un mejor sabor. Posteriormente agrego el agua y la harina de trigo leudante.

At this point you will surely notice that the mixture is a bit hard, but that will change when we add the star ingredient of this recipe: the banana. We will crush the banana and then add it to the mixture.

En este punto seguro notarán que la mezcla está un poco dura, pero eso va a cambiar cuando agreguemos el ingrediente estrella de esta receta: la banana. La banana la aplastaremos y luego la agregaremos a la mezcla.

Next we are going to separate approximately a third of the mixture, which we will mix with the cocoa powder.

A continuación vamos a separar aproximadamente un tercio de la mezcla, el cual mezclaremos con el cacao en polvo.

First add the mixture in the mold previously covered with oil and flour, after adding the mixture we will add the third of the mixture that we mix with cocoa powder on top. I also added some chocolate on top.

Primero agregar la mezcla en el molde previamente cubierto con aceite y harina, luego de agregar la mezcla agregaremos encima el tercio de mezcla que mezclamos con cacao en polvo. También le agregué un poco de chocolate encima.

After about 30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees, this was the result:
