Food who doesn't love the best of foods one of the main subjects and contest that we see splashed all over hive and there are many people here on hive that really provide some awesome recipes here on hive and just to name a few like @carolynstahl , @lizelle , @noopu , they supply a great variety of splendid dishes from all continents of the world and my wife and myself really adore and appreciate there hard work in posting there recipes in such detail and easy to follow and have inspired us in trying to make many of there dishes and of course there are many others but these are the people that come to mind at the moment just like to thank you all for taking your time out to post all these awesome recipes. Also like to mention @sreypov and @justinparke who both post some pretty awesome Asian dishes and I am always saying to @justinparke that, I hope some day they can, get out of Suriname and have the opportunity to open up there own restaurant in Venezuela, they are both exceptional cooks.

With any recipe we must admit that we haven't followed them to the point but have been very useful guide lines you see my wife and myself we tend to experiment with recipes to suit our liking whether we may like it sweeter, spicier or more sour this is why, I don't get into writing blogs on how we archived that particular dish we don't measure tablespoons or grams we do it, all by trail and error and learn by that to what we like and how we like it. Writing a blog, that has to have more or less the precise details, is not for me, I prefer to chase my sunsets but I am pleased to show you here some of our favorite dishes including some of our crazy invention of breakfast cereals and desserts.
We love our cereals and desserts with lots of different fruits, variety of wheat seeds and nuts.
We do have our herb garden which is very essential to us to be able to make these dishes whether it is with Thai dishes, European dishes or Western dishes we can not do without the herbs to flower our dishes in the right way. Asian foods have always been one of our favorite foods to experiment with and eat, we both love spicy foods the Thailand dishes, I would have to say are our favorites and are the most dishes eaten in our household.
Some spicy Thai dishes these dishes can be made with minced pork, chicken or beef added with red onion, morning glory shoots some Thai Basil, Mint and crushed up chili, with some lime squeezed over the top of the dish itself after cooked if you like, that more sour taste smoothing down the chili burn.

Can't go without making my Italian pizzas and Spaghetti mixes with Olives, Italian Basil and Grape Tomatoes.
When it comes to pizzas, spaghetti dishes, seafood and meat barbecues, I am the master of all those.
And the final dressing and preparation's are done by my lovely wife.
Golden fried chicken pieces.
But when it comes to Thai dishes my wife is the master of them she must have been a Asian lady cook in her last life they are just made to perfection and taste to die for.

She has even mastered the most popular famous dessert dish in Thailand known as the sticky rice with mango, one dessert we use to eat almost every day when we were holidaying on the Island of Koh Samui in Thailand. The Thai dishes are amongst the cheapest to cook as with the herbs and veggies that go into them is all grown by us in our little herb garden all we really need to buy is the sauces and the ready minced up chicken, pork or beef and there you have it food glorious food.
