Spring rolls are one of my favorite Asian dishes. Especially, vegetable spring rolls with oriental spices. Sometimes I would buy rice paper, prepare the stuffing myself and fry spring rolls, but some time ago I discovered a nice oriental restaurant where spring rolls are made on the spot (not some ready-made dishes) and I buy spring rolls there every now and then when I want to) .

It worried me a bit, because a few times already there was such a situation that I was buying food somewhere and at some point something went wrong, the portions started to get smaller, or the taste changed to worse. May it not be the same here. The last ingredient of this dish is rice. I think that spring rolls alone would not fill me up enough, and with the addition of rice I feel full.
Razem z sajgonkami dostaje się surówkę z białej kapusty i marchewki. Zazwyczaj to była ogromna porcja, a ostatnio otrzymałam jej dość mało, tyle ile widzicie na miejscu. Trochę mnie to zaniepokoiło, bo już kilka razy była taka sytuacja, że kupowałam gdzieś jedzenie i w pewnym momencie coś się psuło, porcje zaczęły być coraz mniejsze, albo smak zmieniał się na gorszy. Oby tutaj nie było podobnie. Ostatnim składnikiem jaki wchodzi w skład tego dania jest ryż. Myślę, że samymi sajgonkami bym się nie najadła, a z dodakiem ryżu danie robi się bardzo sycące.
You can also buy other traditional Asian dishes in the restaurant, such as padthai, Thai curry, Peking duck and Peking chicken, and shrimp batter. They have a nice variety of dishes and lots of customers.
W restauracji można kupić również inne tradycyjne azjatyckie dania, takie jak pad thai, tajskie curry, kaczka po pekińsku i kurczak po pekińsku, czy krewetki w cieście. Mają spory wybór dań i dużo klientów.
You can add a little Asian sauce to each dish. It is sweet and sour. With take-out orders, you get such a sauce in a small plastic container. I usually dip my spring rolls in this sauce and lightly sprinkle it over the rice. A delicious dish comes out.
Do każdego dania można sobie dodać trochę azjatyckiego sosu. Jest słodko-kwaśny. Przy zamówieniach na wynos dostaje się taki sos w małym plastikowym pojemniczku. Zazwyczaj maczam sobie w tym sosie sajgonki i lekko polewam nim ryż. Wychodzi pyszna potrawa.
