The idea for my dinner today was inspired by @marianomariano's post a few days ago. He was making penne pasta with tomato sauce, and I decided to make spaghetti with my own tomato sauce. Yesterday, when I was at the fruit and vegetable market, I bought a kilo of tomatoes and today I decided to make a delicious pasta sauce from them.

Ingredients:
pasta for spaghetti (I used organic organic pasta)
tomatoes
onion
minced meat
spices: basil, oregano, salt and pepper
cheese, e.g. Cheddar
Sk艂adniki:
makaron do spaghetti (ja u偶y艂am makaronu ekologicznego bio)
pomidory
cebula
mi臋so mielone
przyprawy: bazylia, oregano, s贸l i pieprz
ser 偶贸艂ty, np. Cheddar
First, I fry the onion and minced meat in a pan until the minced meat was fried. At the same time, I was cooking spaghetti in a pot.

Then I peeled the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces, then added them to the pan with the fried meat and onions.

A moment later it was time to add spices. My favorite spaghetti sets are: oregano, basil, pepper, and salt.

It wasn't long before the spaghetti sauce was ready. I added the drained pasta to it and mixed all the ingredients together.

This was what the finished meal looked like. After this experience, I have much less desire to eat ready-made sauces made of tomato paste, or even worse - powdered sauces. Those sauces are heavily seasoned with various artificial ingredients, and eating such a homemade tomato sauce I felt that I liked the dish much better.
Tak wygl膮da艂 gotowy posi艂ek. Po tym do艣wiadczeniu, mam o wiele mniejsz膮 ch臋膰 na jedzenie gotowych sos贸w robionych z pasaty pomidorowej, albo jeszcze gorszych - sos贸w w proszku. Tamte sosy s膮 mocno doprawiane r贸偶nymi sztucznymi sk艂adnikami, a jedz膮c taki samodzielnie zrobiony sos z pomidor贸w czu艂am, 偶e danie o wiele bardziej mi smakuje.
