Hi my dearest friends of the community today I want to share with you these tostones of green cambures, I love them and more with cracklings that divine, my potatoes have cambures planting and when they are ready we do not lose even a bunch we do it in different ways cooked, baked and also in this way that I love very much
Ingredientes/ Ingredients
• 3 cambures verdes
• Aceite suficiente
• Sal al gusto
- 3 green camburs
- Enough oil
- Salt to taste
Preparación/ Preparation
1.- Primero lavamos el cambur para no mancharnos las manos luego lo pelamos y vamos agregando suficiente aceite en una olla y calentamos muy bien, picamos el cambur en tostones y lo agregamos en la olla de aceite y estamos pendientes le damos vuelta y vuelta yo lo movía con una espátula de cocina ya que no tengo la espumadera araña
1.- First we wash the cambur so as not to stain our hands, then we peel it and we add enough oil in a pot and heat it very well, we chop the cambur in pieces and add it in the pot of oil and we turn it around and around, I moved it with a kitchen spatula since I do not have a spider skimmer.
2.-Luego cuando estén doraditos lo sacamos con cuidado y en un plato colocamos servilleta para que absorba el aceite sobrante y finalmente le agregamos una pizca de sal
