[ESP-ENG] Brochetas de Carne y Pollo / Meat and Chicken Skewers

Hola querida comunidad, espero se encuentren todos muy bien, hoy día lunes arrancando la semana con el pie derecho, quiero compartirles una receta muy conocida en mi país Venezuela que son los llamados pinchos o brochetas de carne y pollo, muy especial para un compartir con familiares y amigos y pues algo diferente a un simple pedazo de carne asado, ya que, está te la comes en un palito ya picada en trocitos, se hace más fácil al momento de comer no ensucias platos se lo entregas a cada quien en la mano, muy útil y práctico.

¿Cómo preparamos las brochetas?

Antes de todo y para ganar tiempo prendemos el carbon o la leña, mientras elaboramos las brochetas, por qué necesitamos una buena brasa, esto no se puede cocinar con fuego, el carbón o leña hay que dejarlo que haga muy buena brasa para que las brochetas queden perfectas y no se quemen.

Luego empezamos a picar la carne en trocitos y el pollo, pedazos no tan pequeños ni tan grandes, algo que te puedas llevar a la boca con mucha facilidad y pueda ser lo mejor posible apreciada nuestra brocheta de carne y pollo.

Después de tener todo picado en trocitos, empezamos a meter la carne y el pollo en nuestros palitos para las brochetas, en este caso se utilizaron trocitos de cebolla y pimentón, para darle más gusta a la carne y también te puedes comer la cebolla y el tomate a la parrilla quedan muy deliciosas.

Para darle un toque especial a la carne algo más gustoso, se preparó un aceite condimentado para agregarlo a la carne, ¿Cómo preparamos este aceite? Aceite de cochino que lo puedes obtener luego de hacer unos chicharrones, comino, achote, sal, de verdad el sabor que le da a la carne es único.

Para finalizar, llevamos nuestras brochetas a la brasa y empezamos a dar vuelta y vuelta, la dejas a tu gusta, termino medio, bien asada como más prefieran.

Cabe destacar que, la parrilla fue totalmente improvisado, use dos cajas de cerveza, un par de ladrillos, una base metálica, y la parrillera como tal, para que no hayan excusas de que no tienen parrillera, hay les dejo una idea, lo que te propones lo haces sin ponerte peros, "ánimos", gracias por leerme.
