what do you guys prefer to drink in morning? In India it's chai.
Chai is the most commonly consumed beverage in India and its good for health too. You can also make it at your home by just following simple procedure.
Ingredients required:
1 Sugar
2 Tea leaves
3 Cinnamon
4 Cardamom
5 Cloves
6 Blackpepper seed
Procedure:
Put the pan on stove on low heat and add water to it. Let it boil for 2 minutes.
Now add some sugar, cinnamon and cardamom to it.
Let it boil for another 2 minutes and add tea leaves , ginger, cloves, blackpepper seeds to it.
Cover it with lid for sometime and add milk to it and stir constantly. Keep the heat low and let it boil.
Filter it and pour it into a cup and you can also have it with bread or cookies.
It is also good for health as all the ingredients we added into it have
medicinal properties. I hope it's a informative blog .
