After my lunch I pass by the Wahab Cendol restaurant, they are known for the variety of cendol they sell. After looking at their menu, I decided to order the Cendol Merah.
For those who don't know what Cendol is, it is an iced sweet dessert that contains droplets of green rice flour jelly, coconut milk, and palm sugar syrup. It is commonly found in Southeast Asia countries.
The reason this is called Cendol Merah which means red Cendol in English is because they use red rice flour jelly.
