Y procedemos a rellenar poco a poco.
Y Listo! A Endulzar el Paladar!
Que tus sueños se materialicen!!
Hasta nuestro próximo emprendimiento!!

Success for a mother
Success
Different points of view for each
What is success for a mother?
Started by the hand of his grandmother (my mother) making cinnamon rolls and simple cookies, cooking on Saturdays to sell on Sundays. The first week of its sale, it offered 16 sachets in which it included:
• 2 cinnamon rolls and a cookie.
• The following week he made 30 bags, but this time it included:
• 1 Roll and 2 dry pasta. Being the dry pasta very well received by buyers.
The following week he wanted to learn and innovate more in his sale, therefore he was encouraged to make bombitas.

** Delicious Stuffed Bombitas**
Ingredients:
• 500 grams of self-rising flour.
• 2 eggs.
• 50 gr of Sugar
Powdered sugar or Glass sugar to sprinkle on top.
• 100 gr Butter
• 2 tablespoons of granulated yeast.
• 1 Cup of milk.
For the cream:
• 4 tablespoons of Maizina.
• 150 gr of powdered sugar.
• 1/2 liter of milk.
• Essence of orange.
• 1 egg yolk.
• 1/2 liter of oil.
Preparation:
For the dough, we first proceed to prepare the yeast as follows:
- A cup of water is warm and we add the granulated yeast plus 2 tablespoons of sugar, stir until dissolved and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Next for the dough:
The cup of milk is warmed a little and in it we add 4 tablespoons of butter plus 4 of sugar and a pinch of salt. We stir until completely dissolved. We let it rest a bit.
Later In a bowl we make a small volcano with the flour and we incorporate the preparation that we have previously made of milk, sugar and butter plus the yeast.
- We beat little by little until all the ingredients are incorporated. When you see a more homogeneous dough, you do not remove it from the Bowl in its entirety and we proceed to sprinkle the surface (table) where we are going to knead with a little flour.
We continue kneading until it comes off our hands, we form a ball and let it rest covered in the Bowl with a damp cloth or plastic bag. Approximately for 1 hour until you see it double in size.
Once the resting time has passed, we proceed to form balls and place them on a tray, cover them again and let them rest for half an hour more so that they double in size
We heat the oil over medium heat for 5 minutes and proceed to fry our bombs until golden brown on both sides. We place them on absorbent paper and sprinkle with icing sugar.
*For the Cream
Mix all the ingredients and stir over low heat until they wait. We let it rest until the mixture for filling sample bombitas cools.
Filling my Delicious Bombitas:
Make a cross cut to each ball. Pour the filling mixture into a pastry bag. And we proceed to fill little by little. Once finished, we sprinkle our filled bombs again with the icing sugar.
And ready! Sweeten the Palate!
