Hello 💙

Esta es una de mis infalibles soluciones para esos días en los que no me queda harina para mis panquecas , no tengo mucho o simplemente le quiero dar un sabor diferente a las mismas. Y algo así fue lo que paso esta vez 😅, me quedaba poca harina de y me habían regalado unas galletas de chocolate tipo oreo.

This is one of my infallible solutions for those days when I have no flour left for my pancakes, I don't have much or I just want to give them a different flavor. And something like that was what happened this time 😅, I had little flour left and I had been given some oreo type chocolate cookies.

Así que sin mas preámbulos comencemos!

So without further ado, let's get started!

Los ingredientes que utilice para esta receta son los siguientes 1 huevo, la mitad de una banana, galletas tipo oreo, 1/4 de taza de harina de avena.

The ingredients I used for this recipe are as follows 1 egg, half a banana, oreo cookies, 1/4 cup oatmeal.

Mezclamos la banana con el huevo

Mix the banana with the egg

Trituramos y agregamos las galletas y la harina de avena

Grind and add the cookies and oat flour

Llevamos al sarten y doramos por ambos lados

We take to the frying pan and brown on both sides.

Estas panquecas quedan muy ricas y le dan un giro en cuestión de sabor. El hecho de que esta receta sea saludable o no dependerá de las galletas que utilicen ya que es la única "trampa"😅

These pancakes are very tasty and give it a twist in terms of flavor. Whether this recipe is healthy or not depends on the cookies you use as that's the only "catch"😅
