Hoy estoy aquí para enseñarles una rica y deliciosa RECETA DE SOPA DE POLLO, fácil y económica de hacer.
Hello, hello dear friends of this prestigious community; First of all I introduce myself to you I am @gemahernandez I am 19 years old, and I confess that I am a foodie since I was 10 years old, I love to learn new things and contribute my grain of sand to other people. Today I'm here to show you a rich and delicious Chicken Soup Recipe, easy and economical to make.
INGREDIENTES:
• 1L de agua
• 1kl de papa.
• 1/5 de yuca.
• 3 boniatos o batatas.
• 1/5 de zapallo.
• 4 huevos.
• 100gr de cilantro.
• 1 maíz tierno o choclo.
• 4 cubos de pollo maggi
• 1 cda de sal.
• Un muslo de pollo.
INGREDIENTS:
• 1L of water
• 1kl of potato.
• 1/5 of yucca.
• 3 sweet potatoes.
• 1/5 of pumpkin.
• 4 eggs.
• 100gr of cilantro.
• 1 tender corn or corncob.
• 4 cubes of chicken maggi
• 1 tablespoon of salt.
• A chicken thigh.
¡VEN ACOMPAÑAME A LA PREPARACIÓN DE ESTA DELICIOSA SOPA!
COME JOIN ME IN THE PREPARATION OF THIS DELICIOUS SOUP!
• Primero se van a pelar todas las verduras.
(Se lavan muy bien)
First peel all the vegetables.
(They are washed very well)
Ahora en una olla vertimos el Litro de agua y las verduras.
• Asimismo picamos el pollo en presas y también lo echamos en la olla.
(Tapamos y dejamos cocinar a fuego moderado.)
Now in a pot we pour the liter of water and the vegetables.
We also chop the chicken in pieces and we also put it in the pot.
(Cover and let it cook over moderate heat).
Hirviendo el agua con las verduras y el pollo, echamos sal, los 4 cubos maggi y los 4 huevos.
Boil the water with the vegetables and the chicken, add salt, the 4 maggi cubes and the 4 eggs.
Para culminar, picamos el cilantro y de igual forma vertimos en la olla.
To finish, chop the cilantro and pour it into the pot.
¡Ummm! Que delicia ya quedo preparada nuestra sopa, listo para servir.
