Hoy hice una deliciosa receta que compart铆 con mi familia. Y les gust贸 mucho, pues se elabora con pocos ingredientes, no contiene az煤car, pero es dulce.
Sin m谩s pre谩mbulo te explico c贸mo realic茅 estas galletas, que popularmente se conocen como besitos de coco, pues llevan coco y papel贸n.

Today I made a delicious recipe that I shared with my family. And they liked it very much, because it is made with few ingredients, does not contain sugar, but it is sweet.
Without further ado, I will explain how I made these cookies, which are popularly known as besitos de coco, because they contain coconut and papel贸n.
INGREDIENTES:
250 gr de papel贸n
125 ml de agua (1/2 taza)
340 gr de coco rallado
280 gr de harina
1 cdt de sal
1 cdta de polvo de hornear
1 cdta de canela
录 de cdta de clavos de olor
3 cdas de mantequilla
1 cda de extracto de vainilla
3 cdas de agua de coco (si la mezcla lo requiere)
INGREDIENTS:
250 gr of papel贸n
125 ml of water (1/2 cup)
340 gr of grated coconut
280 gr flour
1 tsp salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
录 teaspoon of cloves
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp coconut water (if the mixture requires it).
Procedimiento:
El procedimiento es sumamente f谩cil, primero mezclamos todos los ingredientes secos, cernimos la harina con el bicarbonato o polvo de hornear.

The procedure is very easy, first mix all the dry ingredients, sift the flour with the baking soda or baking powder.
Al papel贸n lo derret铆 con un poco de agua y clavos de olor. Lo col茅 para quitar los restos y le coloqu茅 la mantequilla derretida y un poco de vainilla y le agregu茅 el coco.
I melted the papel贸n with a little water and cloves. I strained it to remove the remains and added the melted butter and a little vanilla and added the coconut.
Mezcle los l铆quidos con los secos hasta formar una masa bastante consistente como para formar galletas.

En una bandeja engrasada, coloqu茅 la cantidad de mi preferencia y dej茅 espacio entre ellas porque se expanden un poco.

Con una cuchara la mojo con agua y le voy dando forma a cada galleta. Precaliento el horno a 180 grados. Y las llevo al horno por 12 minutos. Para estar segura, inserto un palillo de altura en el centro y si sale seco est谩n listas.
