Hi Hivers. How are you?

The weather is getting warmer. I’m looking forward to doing more outdoor activities.

Last summer, my family took a visit to a friend’s little vegetable and fruit garden.
It was a busy weekend. We were all tired but we made it out of the house.
My kids really enjoyed harvesting. We reaped mini-potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers and green peppers. We got a few bags full. We were really grateful for the experience and the produce.

Soon after we got home, we made an arranged salad. It was fresh from the garden to the table. We only added some greens we had in our refrigerator, to the centre of the arrangement.

We enjoyed it.
