MY EXPERIENCE AT ASIAN RESTOBAR!!

Hello Hive fam! Hope you all are doing great and staying safe.

Another day with another food information, today I'm going to tell you all about the newly opened up place in my town, an Asian restobar serving all the varities of the Asian delicacies with some chilled alcohols, cocktails and mocktails.

I stay at Coastal southern Indian town called Udupi and there is a new place opened up here in Manipal called KYOTO.
As soon as I googled the meaning,I found that it's one of the Japanese street and my expectations towards this new restaurant hiked for trying some good asian delicacies or japanese specialities.

Talking about the vibe and ambience, one of the most beautiful restobar with artistic decor and wall paintings on the wall mainly of charecters from Japanese series and dragons. Totally loved the walls and vibe of the place.
Beautiful and spacious seating area with very nice view of entire town.

After entering the place which had a good and relaxing vibe, now time to dig into some of the food.

After glancing a menu, I tried below items:

JAPANESE CHICKEN KARAAGE
Authentic karrage made up of chicken thighs marinated in Japanese condiments and spices, dusted with corn flour and then deep fried. This had very crisp n crunch texture and juicy chicken inside. Fun appetizer to enjoy and we loved this a little snack!

VIETNAMESE GRILLED CHICKEN
Vietnamese cuisine is most distinct in terms of the fresh herbs and vegetables usage in each dish. Herbs like ginger, lemongrass plays a key role in soup, appetizer and main course.

This grilled chicken was very mildly marinated in spices and topped with real flavours of ginger & Lemongrass. Punching flavour of lemongrass with ginger was hitting in each bite and chicken was thin sliced and grilled to perfection. Served with sides of cabbage dripping salad which was fresh too.

CHICKEN TONKSTU RAMEN
This is my first Ramen experirnce in India and I was way too excited for this bowl of happiness. Kid inside me was jumping happily to eat with chopsticks and couldn't wait until it arrived till table.

Chicken Tonkstu Ramen was served with creamy thick broth of chicken, fried chicken katsu, pickled ginger, fresh bamboshoot, boiled eggs, thick Ramen noodles, spring onions, sprouts etc. One huge nutritious meal and hearty bowl of happiness.

MILO DINOSAUR PIE
Oh my holy God, one of the best ever pie I have had!! Silky creamy smooth Milo powder mixed chocolate ganache & condesnsed milk based layer over thick crusty biscuity milo pie base with smooth ganache finishing having butterscotch crunch & nuts.

Each bite was sheer foodgasm!

GREEN APPLE PUNCH
Since my family doesnot drink, I opeted for some fruity mocktails. Green Apple punch was my go to drink when it comes to mock or mojitos. I love that flavour.

My mum opted for this orange & mint based ice tea as she loves mint based drinks mostly, this had a fresh & very very refreshing feel. Chilled summer essential drink.
