LEGENDARY STREET STALLS WORKING HARD TO SERVE THE BEST!!

Hello Hive fam, I know it's been very long since I have last posted here, I'm back and hope everyone is staying safe & healthy!

Today I'm gonna introduce you all to some of the legendary street carts or shops which serves very special irreplaceable food items at dirt cheap price with much love.

If you have visited India, street food culture is part of Indians life. Many food joints just work with tiny space with one small cart serves thousands of orders per day and people enjoy this on the go or enjoy standing next to it. Very affordable low prices with minimal hygeine standards with much love is key of these street food joints.

Famous places in India for street food are Mumbai's Vada pav joints, Delhi's food streets, Bangalore's VV Puram food street etc. All places have got their own speciality of street food and styles.

Some of my favourite street food experiences are here:

PRESS CART
I always had a habit of visiting tiny shops to savour their specialities. There used to be times like when I wanted to unwind & relax, when I wanted to enjoy, when I wanted to just feel happy for myself, I take my scooter & search for small shops, sit & eat alone enjoying my time there. I don't know I always felt so happy interacting with locals, asking specialities, and just the way its very simple and normal. Never felt awakward/uncomfortable to have food alone & eat at street side.

Recently I checked into one of my listed places in go to list and trust me it just made my day happier. "PRESS CART", a tiny shack serving varieties of egg, bun based & lot of other varities of snacks from very long time located near Manipal press. Legendary joint serving from years with same taste & speciality.

I was talking to uncle of this joint too, the sadness, helplessness and the fear in him was really painfull. Pandemic has taken over business and hardly anyone to support and interact with. When you really speak up to them , you will understand the difficulties they actually going through.

I tried their famous Cheese Keshto, specially made in their style with bun, onion, tomato, masalas and cheese and taste is just out of world.

CASETTE CORNER SHOP CART
One should never forget the root from where we grew up and for what we are today. On same note, this special home made style MASALA PURI is the one which I still remember is the first ever masala Puri I had for the very first time in my childhood.😊 This small shop located near to Sri Krishna temple, Udupi is the most oldest one serving very few chats, yet in their own very special style!! This masala Puri contains their specially home made Puris(vada), thin crispy sev, onions and boiled peas, all topped with a spicy and sweet syrups which just hits your palate with bright spicy taste.

Speciality is with vadas, which are not usual Puris but they are perfectly fried and very tastier home made ones. The sweet and spicy syrups used for this provide real goosebumps with every bite. Trust me, have been tasting this from past 18 years, still there is not even a single percent change in quality and taste. All in all, a very special chat which remembers you healthy home made food.

An iconic cart in Bangalore, serving typical Gujarati style Dabelis fresh & hot. This place gets crowded gradually in the evening where from kids to elders enjoy some Dabeli on the go while taking a stroll on the road.

He serves more than 20+ varities of Dabelis and you must observe the speed at which he curates the same. Just an amazing place.

Indian people have special love & emotion towards street side Pani puri carts. Majority of cities has atleast one pani puri cart in each street.

Popping out dough balls with spiced mint water in mouth is just fun snack to have.

This Pani puri was bit different with shreds of carrot, peas etc with spiced mint water.
