Hello my foodie friends.
Its been such a long time since i talk about one of my most favorite food in the world, which is Mie Ayam (or chicken noodle).
I always been craving for mie ayam and try to eat them regularly nut nowadays since i care more about my health, i decided to lessen my mie ayam consumption.
I dont know why or how but mie ayam is one of people most favorite food.
I rarely find people that doesnt go crazy over mie ayam.
In this post, i will introduce a new place where i just found.
I have never eat in this place before but since the place looks clean and i was with my aunt and mother at the time, i decided to just eat in there.
Here is the place.
The name of the place is Bakso Arema Ndeso 88 Gaperta.
Gaperta is a name of area in my city so i guess this place is a branch of the bakso arema ndeso 88 that located in gaperta.
For this place, its located in J City, which is not far from my house.
Located around 2 km from my house.
The reason why we ended up there was because my aunt asked us to accompany her finding a dress.
In J City there’re many stores and most of them is clothing store.
Its a perfect place to eat after walking around in the day time all day looking for dresses.
So, we decided to just go ea there.
More importantly, when we walk, we passed their kitchen and their kitchen is clean so we dont nave to worry when we decided to eat there.
You know, there’re many bakso or mie ayam restaurant or stall that doesnt offer the hygiene.
So, when we saw one, we obviously need to try them.
And if i am not mistaken, they’re one of two bakso restaurant in J City.
This is what the place look like from the inside.
Its quite spacious n di like that they set the table to be in distance with each other.
So we dont have to be so close with other cistomers.
During this pandemic, thats the least comfort that the restaucan offer to the customers.
But not only that, they do something that i only saw in restaurant.
I will show you about it later.
This is not their kitchen but this is where they prepare for our order.
For the cooking and other things, they do it in the kitchen inside.
Since there’re not even many car or motorbike in J City, i dont feel like it will be as unhygienic as in other place.
Its very commom for bakso or mie ayam place to have this stall in front of them.
I think that every mie ayam and bakso resturant have this.
Its like a symbol of them.
I feel like a bakso and mie ayam restaurant doesnt feel real if they didnt have this stall right in front of them.
Other than that, it makes us customers easier to know what kidn of food they will be serving in this place.
Next, this is their cashier and where we need to pay for our food and drinks.
We can ask for the bill from our table but we can only pay in cashier.
Its not a hard thing to do since the cashier right in the front door anyway and we need to passed hem if we want to go inside or out of the restaurant.
When we come, they will check our temperature and they will spray sanitizer to our hands.
I like it but i wonder what will they do if someone have a high temperature, will they chase them out or what?
This is the menu.
Not only the sell bakso and mie ayam here, they sell seafood too.
The price is really good so i get intrigued to try them as i am a lover of this kind of food.
But for today, i will just order mie ayam and i will come back here to try the seafood next time with my friends.
After finished ordering, they will give us this glass.
The glass is for our utensils that been soaked with hot water.
This is another attitude of this restaurant that i really like.
I dont find this in another mie ayam or bakso restaurant.
Even in other normal restaurants, sometimes we need to ask for it and then they will give it to us.
As for the drink, i choose to have ice tea with no sugar.
I normally will order mineral water but since its so hot outside and i already walk around a lot, i choose to give myself some relief with ice tea.
This is my order.
I ordered Mie Ayam with egg and without ayam (chicken).
Weird?
I know.
But i just dont really like the ayam that come with it.
I just asked for the semur sauce and without the chicken.
In here, they serve the mie ayam separately between the noodle and the soup.
For the taste, to be honest, they were lacking salt for me.
Its either lacking salt or MSG or both.
I can taste that they dont use many MSG in here.
So it will be a perfect choice for people that wants to eat mie ayam without many MSG, this kind of place is kinda rare to find.
But i know a place that doesnt use much MSG but still very tasty so this place a bit of disappointment for me.
The chili sauce that have is not spicy no matter how much i put the sauce in there.
