Hello everyone... I'm back again writing in this community. This time I want to share about my cooking. I made steam rose cakes.

I used steam rose cake mix:

About the steam rose cake mix:

Brand: Pondan

Net weight: 400 grams

Produced by: PT. Pondan Pangan Makmur Indonesia

Halal (حلال)

Ingredients: Powdered sugar, wheat flour, skim milk powder, developer, synthetic flavor of Ambon banana, vegetable emulsifier, salt, phosphate stabilizer

There are 9 cup cakes provided by the product, so I made several myself with white paper:

HOW TO MAKE:

  • Beat 2 eggs in a container.

  • Add the beaten eggs to the steam rose cake mix.

  • Stir.

  • Add about 50ml of water.

  • Stir.

  • Add about 125ml of cooked coconut milk.

  • Stir.

  • Take about 6 tablespoons of batter, put in a container.

  • Add cocoa powder.

  • Stir.

  • Put the white batter into the molds lined with cake cups.

  • Add brown batter on top.

  • Steam.

The batter made 18 steam rose cakes.

  • Serve on a plate.
