Hi hi hi everyone... I'm back again writing about food. How are you all??? May you always be healthy and enthusiastic... The last time I posted in this community, I shared about the vanilla flavor sponge cake with various toppings that I made. This time I'm not sharing about sweet food. This time I want to share about the very Indonesian food that I made yesterday. I made it in the afternoon, some time after the Asr prayer. I made fried tofu and cucumber with pecel sauce (sambal pecel) then added kerupuk (crackers). The pecel sauce (sambal pecel) is made from pecel seasoning plus water and then stirred.

2 days ago my mother was given pecel seasoning. The pecel seasoning was made by my neighbor's friend's mother.

  • Cucumber cut into small pieces
  • Kerupuk (crackers).

How to make:

Fry the tofu in a pan with cooking oil. Lift and drain. Cut tofu. Place the tofu on a plate. Add cucumber that has been cut into small pieces. Take some of the pecel seasoning into a bowl. Add water. Stir. Add to plate. Add kerupuk (crackers).
