Hello everyone... This time I want to share about the cake I made last night. I made Apple Pear Cake.

APPLE PEARS:

● The apple pear is a satisfyingly crisp and juicy fruit with an intensely sweet flavor. More than just delicious, apple pears offer a range of health benefits, thanks to their broad nutritional profile.

Calories and Macronutrients

Apple pears are a moderate source of calories. A large fruit (about 3 inches in diameter) has 116 calories, covering about 6 percent of your daily calorie intake if you follow a 2,000-calorie diet. Many of those calories come from the pear's 29 grams of carbohydrates (including 19 grams of natural sugar). Those carbs keep your cells energized, which means apple pears are a great snack to fuel you through a busy day. You'll also get trace amounts of protein and fat – about one gram of each – but not enough to significantly add to your daily intake.

High in Dietary Fiber

Some of the most significant benefits of the apple pear come from its dietary fiber content. Each apple pear boasts an impressive 10 grams of fiber, which covers between 26 and 40 percent of your daily fiber needs, depending on your age and sex. Fiber is best known for promoting regular digestion, which means it can help fend off constipation. But it also keeps you feeling satisfied after your meals, which may make it easier to stick to a weight loss diet.

A Modest Source of Vitamins

You'll also get small amounts of several vitamins when you eat an apple pear. A large apple pear, for example, offers 10 milligrams of vitamin C — between 12 and 15 of what you need for the day. In addition to working as an antioxidant, vitamin C supports your metabolism and helps you make collagen, a protein abundant in your skin. Apple pears also provide small amounts of B-complex vitamins, vitamin K and potassium. ● (Source: https://healthyeating.sfgate.com/nutritional-properties-apple-pears-1857.html)
