Estos son los ingredientes que nosotros usamos para rellenar las tortillas y realmente quedaron deliciosas, el queso cheddar y la mayonesa les dieron a nuestras tortillas un toque exquisito, pero realmente pueden agregarles los ingredientes que ustedes deseen. Empecemos!

Primero sofreímos el chorizo con aceite o un poco de mantequilla, el mismo anteriormente ya lo habíamos picado en trozos, seguidamente le agregamos la cebolla y finalmente el tomate y dejamos sofreír por unos pocos minutos.
First we fry the chorizo with oil or a little butter, we had already chopped it into pieces previously, then we added the onion and finally the tomato and let it fry for a few minutes.
Luego le agregamos los huevos y un poco de sal, dejamos cocinar unos minutos y listos nuestros huevos revueltos para agregárselos a las tortillas y a las que anteriormente ya les habíamos agregado un poco de mayonesa. Después de agregar los huevos, también le agregamos trozos pequeños de queso cheddar y dejamos calentar un poco las tortillas en un sarten y listas para comer.
Then we add the eggs and a little salt, let it cook for a few minutes and our scrambled eggs are ready to be added to the tortillas and to which we had previously added a little mayonnaise.
