Healthy and nutritious breakfast:
Oatmeal soup with chicken
Hello everyone, with this post I bring you a delicious breakfast that brings many benefits to our body and with this I take the opportunity to participate in the @indiaunited contest, the Friday Cooking Contest.
Ingredients:
- chives
- garlic joint
- 3 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 large chicken breast
- 150 grams of oats
- Salt
- 2 Sweet peppers
- cimarron cilanto
Preparation:
Step 1: We place a pot with water according to the necessary amount of soup that we want to prepare over high heat and add salt to taste.
Step 2: We chop a little of the chives and garlic joint so that our water takes flavor, this is added to our water with salt.
Step 3: We proceed to wash well and chop our chicken breast into small pieces.
Step 4: We wash, peel and chop the potato and carrot into small pieces.
Step 5: We wash and chop the sweet pepper, the cimarron coriander, the chives and garlic joint that was left over.
Step 6: Once the water boils, add our minced chicken breast, it must cook well for at least half an hour.
Step 7: Once the chicken is cooked, add the previously chopped potato and carrot.
Step 8: Once 15 minutes have passed we add the oats that will give our soup the desired consistency.
Step 9: Once the oats are cooked, add the chives, garlic joint and sweet pepper that we had reserved.
Note: The cimarron coriander is added to our soup once it is served on the plate to give it the touch that it provides.
Step 10: We put our soup on a low heat and cover it just a little so that it finishes thickening and cooking.
