Tobokki is a Korean dish that we name "Bánh gạo" in Vietnam. The rice sticks are delicate and fragrant. The dish is flavorful with stringy cheese and great sauces. Such a delectable option on a day when you're stumped for what to serve at your family's supper table. Hehe. I am totally in love.
