This is a signature cuisine restaurant with 6 courses closed tasting menu (4 starters, 1 main course and 1 dessert) at โ‚ฌ31 price, drinks not included. Currently they have โญ4.9 rating in Google Maps and my personal rating was โญ5. Rafa Molina, the head chef and partner together with Juan Pablo Valencia, the head waiter, they both come from working together for more than ten years, in a good restaurant run by the famous chef Dani Frรญas, until they decided to become partners and create this little restaurant of incredible price/quality ratio wich is actually included in the guide of the 55 Best Restaurants in the Valencian Community.

This chef, although humble, has a long career not only as a chef, but also as a teacher of young cooks in hospitality schools and this is evident in many details of his food and especially in the excellent and difficult rice cooking point of his amazing paellas.

The place is beautiful, with neoclassical style and art on the walls and it has only 7 tables so you should book at least a week in advance.
