This restaurant has very good reviews and a high rating on Google Maps (☆ 4.8).
It is run by two young chefs from Madrid who are committed to good products and a Spanish-Asian fusion cuisine.
I wanted to try many of their dishes so I asked for half portions.

  • Lettuce wrap filled with fresh salmon skewers (dish off the menu, €8): The fresh salmon was marinated and almost raw. It was good but not very remarkable.
